Responsible for setting Holding and Group Companies’ strategy and targets and coordinating processes, following strategic performance, identifying the gaps (geographic, sectoral risk/return profile or business line) in the business portfolio and exploring new business opportunities in these areas, determining investment requirements and revenue & profit potential for the Group of identified opportunities, creating high-level action plans for high-potential opportunities, evaluating macroeconomic projections and risks to assess the potential of countries where the Group does or may do business, boosting the Holding’s and Group Companies’ shareholder value and performing the necessary efforts to draw attention from potential investors, determining the optimum financing solutions to be implemented in new investments, providing relevant financing and ensuring that the investment profitability ratios are improved accordingly.

Responsible for identifying all kinds of strategic, operational, financial, compliance, external risks that could endanger the assets, development and continuity of the Holding and Group Companies, determining risk management strategies within the framework of Holding and Group Companies’ strategies, following risk management effectiveness, identifying growth and profitability potential in sectors inside and outside the portfolio, assessing portfolio risk and using opportunities found inside the portfolio, and informing the Top Management accordingly.
Financial Affairs Department is responsible for Budget Planning, Financial Reporting, and Accounting processes. Its operations include correct, timely, and complete reporting of the Holding’s and Group Companies’ individual and consolidated financial data in legal and managerial standards in line with Noordco Group’s vision in order to support the decision-making processes of the Top Management, following and analyzing the budget planning and budget realizations of the Holding and Group Companies, implementation and reporting of accounting processes in line with the legislation in effect, and ensuring tax optimization in accordance with the regulations and conditions laid down by tax, subsidy, international treaties and financial legislation.
Responsible for simplifying and optimizing the Holding’s and Group Companies’ structures, managing short, medium and long term cash flows, elevating the prestige and reputation in national and international capital markets and engaging in any necessary effort to this end, conducting line of credit, risk efforts with financial institutions, securing cash and non-cash loans needed by the Group, and analyzing the financial performance of business units.
Legal Department is responsible for the management of legal risks to ensure our Group’s full compliance with the laws in its operations, providing all departments with legal counseling, creating the relevant legal texts, resolving legal disputes, providing legal support in the process leading to the execution stage of contracts on outsourced services, and protecting legal interests of the Holding and Group Companies to the maximum extent.
Internal Control and Audit Department is responsible for auditing compliance with internal procedures and regulations of all operations of the Holding and Group Companies, sharing its findings with the relevant departments and ensuring they are corrected, identifying the risks in processes, and securing the assets of the company by taking necessary measures against such risks.
Responsible for bringing in candidates to the Group in the most suitable manner commensurate to their knowledge, skills, and competencies to become a value generating and agile organization, ensuring our employees' continued development and revealing their potential, and making the investments required to achieve this. Recruitment, career management, training and development, wage and benefits management, performance management functions are carried out by the Human Resources Department.
Responsible for positioning our Group's reputation at the highest level and creating the communication strategy to reach out in the most effective and appropriate manner to our customers/business partners across all geographies where we operate, devising the communication channels depending on the strategy, brand management, corporate perception and reputation management, media relations management, leader communication, social media management, managing corporate social responsibility projects and sponsorships.
Responsible for following the developments in the markets and determining potential investment targets, assessing existing investments and improving the portfolio, and creating innovative ideas and business models from which the Group can profit within this scope, identifying the physical, financial, legal risks of such ideas and business models and making an income and expense assessment, and reporting their findings to the Top Management.
Responsible for planning all purchasing requests in accordance with Group strategies and procedures, purchasing the requested services and products in a timely manner at an optimum price taking into account their quality and characteristics, researching prices and suppliers, ensuring effective management of the inventories and purchasing budget for the products under its responsibility, following the prices of competitors, sharing them with suppliers and taking action, managing relations with suppliers, and accordingly, drafting supplier and service contracts, identifying and overcoming problems that could arise after purchase, bringing in alternative domestic-foreign suppliers and equivalent products.
